Lego Block Party Returning to Dearborn Church

First Presbyterian Church of Dearborn will host its annual LEGO event on July 21.

This Saturday, a Dearborn church will become a LEGO Land for the second year in a row.

The is hosting its LEGO Block Party on July 21.

The event will begin at noon with refreshments and a viewing of the LEGO submissions. A Dearborn fire truck and police vehicle will also be on hand for photos.

Prizes will be awarded beginning at 1 p.m., followed by a raffle open to all contestants. Raffle prizes will include Detroit Lions T-shirts, hats, and team photos–and one lucky participant will win an autographed Lions football. A hexbug track, free passes to The Robot Garage, and Little Caesars certificates will also be raffled off.

For those looking to get in on the LEGO fun, there's still time to participate–and adults can take part, too. Finished projects can be dropped off at the church on Friday, July 20, between 12-2 p.m. or 4-6 p.m. Check out the rules and register online at firstpresdearborn.org/events/lego-block-party, or call the church office at 313-274-1313.
