Grill Up Something New With Corridor Sausage at the Dearborn Farmers Market

Check out our Dearborn Farmers and Artisans Market vendor of the week!

If you want a hot dog, have a hot dog. But if you're looking to grill up something a little more interesting, check out the offerings of Corridor Sausage Company.

A new vendor for 2012, they've been selling their unique flavors of handmade sausage at the all season long.

Founders Zachary Klein and Will Branch were originally just selling their sausage at Eastern Market in Detroit, the duo have now expanded to the Westside Farmers Market in Ann Arbor and, most recently, Dearborn. They use only fresh, organic, hormone-free meats, herbs and spices.

The best part? You can sample them before you buy them at the Dearborn Farmer's Market. Try the bacon and beer brat with swiss for a game day treat, or the Moroccan lamb and fig for a bit more exotic flavor. Sausages come in packs of four, and are frozen fresh so they're easy to save. Not that you'll want to.
