Four days to go in KidsOutAndAbout's 2014 survey! Here are some preliminary category results!

There's still time to encourage your fans to vote in Ann Arbor's 2014 Top 20 Places to Take Kids survey!


Our Top 20 page is the primary way new readers find out about us when they search for places to take kids in the Ann Arbor area... so winning a spot on this fantastic page is valuable, indeed! Here are some rankings as of 7am, June 17, 2014:

• Favorite indoor play center: AirTime Trampoline & Game Park is currently in first place, then Jungle Java, Zap Zone, Chelsea TreeHouse, and Dominoes Petting Farm.

• Favorite place to have fun outside: Michigan Adventure in in the lead at this point, followed by Dominoes Petting Farm, and Red Oaks Waterpark.

• Favorite kid-friendly museum: Ann Arbor Hands on Museum has a serious lead at this point, then The Henry Ford - America's Greatest History Attraction, Michigan Science Center, and Kelsey Museum of Archaeology.

• Favorite nature center: Leslie Science and Nature Center has the lead, then Farmington Hills Nature Center, Dinosaur Hill Nature Preserve.

• Favorite farm: Dexter Cider Mill has first place currently, then Farmer Charleys Corn Maze and Erwin Orchards & Cider Mill are tied for second, then Wiard's Orchard and Country Fair, and Blake's Orchard & Cidermill.

• Favorite professional sports team: Detroit Tigers is in first place at this point, then Detroit Red Wings, and Detroit Lions.

• Favorite performing arts venue: Wild Swan Theater holds the lead, then Motor City Theatre, Fox Theatre, and PuppetART Theater.

• Favorite arts education center: Cranbrook Academy of Art is in the lead, then Ann Arbor Young Actors Guild, Ann Arbor School for the Performing Arts, The Complete Dancer, and Pewabic Pottery.

• Favorite sports education center: Ann Arbor Hands on Museum is in first place, then Ann Arbor YMCA, Goldfish Swim School - Ann Arbor, Livonia Family YMCA, and Canton Sports Center.
