HFCC Presents Courses VIII: Student Scholarship Dinner
This year’s theme is Spring: A Seasonal Tasting. Menu will include - butter-poached lobster; roasted
breast of organic chicken; assorted vegetables; Michigan strawberries, sauternes
cake and olive oil ice cream for dessert. Beer and wine are available for
purchase at a cash bar. The cost is $45
