The time and date for the 2013 Wild Game Dinner has been set, it will be in the lounge on Sunday January 27, 2013 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm. Please remember us if you were successful in your hunting or fishing this year. People that donate game/fish get 1 free ticket to attend our dinner.
In the past we’ve had things like raccoon Swedish meatballs, alligator jambalaya, goose breast Thai pad ped, duck breast Marsala, venison rolls, barbecued goose breast appetizers, deer liver pate, smoked salmon spread, walleye chowder, and carving station roasted domestic turkeys for those that didn’t want game. As you can see, this isn’t your regular wild game dinner. But for those looking for that we probably will have venison chili and venison stew too!
