Today in Dearborn: Labor Day

1. Labor Day weather will continue this weekend's gradual cooldown, with mostly cloudy skies in Dearborn, says the National Weather Service. Expect the high temperature to top out around 66 degrees, with a slight chance of rain earlier in the day.

2. All public libraries, , post offices, the , the , the senior center and the are closed today. Also, trash service will be delayed one day for the rest of the week.

3. So what is open? , for one–and it's the last day to check out their Discovering the Civil War exhibit. Get there between 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m. to catch one last glimpse of history this Labor Day. It's also the last day of open swimming at and Pools ... though the weather isn't the best for it.
