1. This will be a weekend to spend at the pool. The National Weather Service predicts mostly sunny skies and highs hear 80 for both Friday and Saturday. Thunderstorms could hit on Saturday evening, but with the sunburn you'll accumulate by then, you should be welcoming the rain.

2. Pastor . Yes, we at Dearborn Patch will be covering his return to Dearborn today. Look for live tweets and Facebook updates starting around noon and into the evening as Jones rallies at and makes his way down Schaefer to the Arab International Festival.

3. Speaking of the ...we'll be covering that, too. Look for photo albums, video and stories from the festival on the site all weekend, as well as an event guide later today on Dearborn Patch. The festival runs 5-10 p.m. today, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday.

4. Yet another Dearborn neighborhood is holding its annual garage sale. Today and tomorrow, Springwells Park will have dozens of homes selling hundreds of goodies from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Stop by and browse–you might find something awesome!

5. In honor of Dearborn's automotive heritage, we bring you Ford Facts. Today's fact: Ford manufactures a number of racing cars and on June 16, the company had several NASCAR drivers visit Dearborn to learn about new Ford racing products, sign autographs and meet Ford employees in the area. The meet-and-greets, however, weren't open to the public.
