1. A chance of rainy weather will stick around this morning, says the National Weather Service. But expect most of those clouds to part, making way for a mostly sunny afternoon and a high of 85 degrees.

3. Students for Islamic Awareness will be hosting a on 8 p.m. at Fairlane North, Hall E, on 's campus. The buffet dinner is free for all high school, college, graduate students and alumni above the age of 16 and will include a talk by guest speaker Sheikh Ali Karamali.

The will also be hosting an at 7 p.m. The evening will begin with the screening of Budrus and conclude with a dinner catered by LaPita Restaurant. People of all faiths are welcome. Tickets are $30 for nonmembers and $25 for museum members, and can be purchased here.

4. The Fine Arts and Fitness Division will present Vital Signs–a story of the contemporary woman starting tonight at 8 p.m. The production runs through Aug. 27. Call 313-845-9817 for reservations.
