Photo Gallery: Cruisin' Michigan Kicks Off With Charity Preview
The Cruisin' Michigan Avenue car show happens all day Saturday–but the kickoff event at the Automotive Hall of Fame revved some engines Friday night.
Engines got roaring Friday night at the as Don Nicholson Enterprises–presenters of the car show–brought a charity car show to Dearborn to raise funds for the Dearborn Firefighters Burn Drive.
The event was the kickoff for the annual Cruisin' Michigan Avenue car show, which takes place all day Saturday along Michigan Avenue from Wayne to Dearborn.
The free event brought car lovers together for a night of dining, entertainment and fundraising to benefit the Dearborn nonprofit. The Burn Drive helps provide relief through funds and resources to local families whose lives have been hurt by home fires.
