Friends of the Library Dearborn to Host Book Sale Wednesday

The sale will be held at the Henry Ford Centennial Library.

The Friends of the Library Dearborn will be holding a “Welcome Back!” book and media sale from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3 at the Henry Ford Centennial Library.

The library is located at 16301 Michigan Ave.

This marks FOLD's first sale of the fall season. Items for sale will include books, compact discs, DVDs, vinyl records, videocassettes and magazines.

The book sale room has been fully restocked with newly donated and withdrawn materials. Fans of children’s materials will be especially pleased to find those shelves chock-full of new choices. 

The sale will feature special collections of self-help books, items in Arabic, and National Geographic magazine sets.

The rotunda area of the lobby is designed for bargain hunters. Items marked with blue dots are 50 cents and orange dots are just 25 cents during the October sale.

Proceeds from the FOLD sales are used to support popular library programs.
