Find A New Best Friend in Astro

This retriever mix is available for adoption now from the Dearborn Animal Shelter.

You don't have to be George Jetson to own a dog named Astro–just pick your own up from the !

This Astro is a 4-year-old golden retriever mix. He's very friendly, loves attention and did well on his temperament testing. Astro even does fine with cats–just sniffing them when he meets them–and other dogs, who he likes to play with.

Astro weighs 68 pounds and knows how to sit on command. He's currently learning other lessons at the shelter's training classes.
