Bridge demolition work this weekend will require the closure of a section of I-94 near Dearborn, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation.
Bridge demolition on a section of the West Grand Boulevard overpass will result in the full closure of eastbound I-94 from Michigan Avenue to I-96. The closure will begin at 9 p.m. Friday and end by 5 a.m. Monday.
All entrance ramps within the closure limits will also be closed.

Local traffic will be detoured to eastbound Michigan Avenue.
Westbound I-94 from I-96 to West Grand Boulevard will also have a single left lane closure beginning at 8 p.m. Friday and ending by 5 a.m. Monday.
