Construction Alert: Southfield Freeway Ramp to Close for 2 Weeks
Bridge repairs continue near the M-39/I-94 interchange.
Ongoing construction near the Southfield Freeway/I-94 interchange will affect drivers near Dearborn starting Friday, June 1, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation.
Starting at 4 a.m. Friday, the southbound M-39 ramp to westbound I-94 will close for bridge repair work. The closure is expected to last two weeks.
The project joins ongoing construction in the same vicinity. The right lane of Pelham Road will remain between Van Born and I-94 for ramp work through June 18.
