Construction Alert: Lanes of Southfield to Close Saturday, I-94 Ramp to Close Monday

Lane closures will affect Dearborn area drivers on the Southfield Freeway this Saturday, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation.
MDOT says that two lanes of northbound M-39 will be closed between 5 a.m.-7 p.m. between Allen and Van Born roads. Southbound M-39 will have two lanes closed during the same time period from Fern to I-94.
The construction is due to ongoing bridge and structural work at the I-94/M-39 interchange.

Coming Monday, April 23: Beginning at 4 a.m. on Monday, the ramp from eastbound I-94 to northbound M-39 will be closed until mid-June for ongoing bridge work at the interchange.
