REPLAY: Chat with Personal Trainer Lisa Nash

Nash, the owner of Body N Balance fitness center, will be talking about getting in shape, weight loss and making 2012 your healthiest year ever.

Lisa Nash isn't your typical personal trainer. Less Zumba and more military, Nash is the owner of Dearborn's fitness center.

Opened in 2006, Body N Balance was "originally designed for women and those who don’t feel comfortable in a traditional gym," Nash describes on her website. "It’s more of a cardio fitness center geared toward weight loss, endurance and cardio strength."

Nash has trained local police and fire personnel, as well as service members in the U.S. Marine Corps. Needless to say, her gym ain't just a place for girls to lose a few unwanted pounds.
