World Series Stolen Base Means Free Tacos Oct. 30

San Francisco Giants center fielder Angel Pagan's eighth inning steal means tacos for everyone at Taco Bell locations, including two in Dearborn.

The Detroit Tigers' 2-0 loss to San Francisco in Thursday's second World Series game may leave hometown fans dejected, but at least they can enjoy free tacos next week.

Angel Pagan's stolen base in the eighth inning triggers Taco Bell's World Series "Steal a Base, Steal a Taco" promotion. On Oct. 30, 2 p.m.-6 p.m., customers can pick up a free Doritos Locos Taco at any Taco Bell, including the Dearborn stores at 25120 Michigan Ave. and 8956 Warren Ave.

According to a Huffington Post report, the Giants center fielder didn't know about the promotion until after the game.
