UPDATE Telemarketing Company to Hire 100 for New Allen Park Office

Update, Oct. 4: Innovative Teleservices will be holding a second hiring event on Oct. 5 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. at its Allen Park offices. The company is still looking to fill around 100 positions.

The office is located at 1000 Republic Drive, Suite 500.

Good news for job hunters came this week when Port Huron-based Innovative Teleservices announced its expansion to Allen Park.

With the opening of their new office, located at 1000 Republic Drive in Allen Park, comes 150 full-time job openings for telemarketers. Open interviews for the positions will be held from 9 a.m.-noon and 2-5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 8 at the Allen Park office.

According to Jack Juncaj, president of Innovative Teleservices–which conducts outbound fundraising campaigns for several national charities–the company has tripled its revenues during the past two years.

“We’ve established an excellent track record of providing excellent customer service,” said Juncaj, who founded the company in 2008 and has more than 25 years in the teleservices industry. “We have the work; now we plan to hire dedicated people in the Detroit area.”

The company, which offers a training program for new hires, is seeking people who are dependable and have good phone skills as well as basic computer knowledge. Telemarketing experience is helpful but not required.

The full-time positions include a base salary, plus incentives, bonuses and opportunities for overtime. Work hours are from 12- 9 p.m. on Monday through Friday. Saturday work is also available.

During the next 30 to 60 days, Juncaj said the company will also hire five more people for its management team in Allen Park. Qualified candidates are encouraged to attend the Sept. 8 hiring event.
