What's your most popular product or service?

It's a toss up between the computer optimization service and the virus protection service. Often enough the services go hand in hand as our virus software will often find threats that their software missed.

What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?

Sometimes we like to hide little things just to see if people notice. For example, my dog is hiding inside the Sphinx website. So far no one has found him but he's there hiding in every page.

When was the business founded?

February of 2009

How did your business come to be?

I had been doing corporate IT for nearly 10 years and wanted to bring that same level of support to small businesses without their own in-house IT staff.

Why did you choose the area you did?

I had lived in Dearborn for several years prior to starting my business and love the area and the people. I joined the Dearborn Area Chamber of Commerce and things took off from there.
