Parking, landlords, the economy, the leasees, the patrons, the city–what needs to change to turn around business in west downtown Dearborn?

Much of the public comment from residents has centered around ridding the district of paid parking.

Some, however, disagree and say that business owners–and even residents–could do more to help the struggling area.
