Dearborn Resident Brings Art to Faces

Beppie Murray had been painting children's faces part time for years, before she finally decided to operate Face fabulous on a more regular basis.

She recently submitted information about the business through the Patch Small Business Spotlight.

Here are her answers.

What does your business offer? 

I offer face painting to groups of any size. I work private parties and public events. Most of my designs are full or partial face. I don't do many cheek designs but will if requested by venue or client.

What's your most popular product or service? 

My most popular designs are the full butterfly for girls and the wrap around snake for boys.

What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?

I come to events with 6-8 designs for the clients to choose from. If told in advance I will come with themed choices. If you are having a "princess" or "super hero" party my designs will have that theme

How did your business come to be? 

I've been face painting side jobs for years and finally decided to make myself out for hire on a regular basis.

Why did you choose the area you did?

I am a mother of 5 that stays at home. I have an art degree and have always dabbled in different mediums. I love kids and art and found that this is the perfect field for me and works best with my busy life of being a mother.
