Museums on Us Promotion Continues Jan. 7-8
Michigan cardholders will be able to visit the Detroit Historical Museum, The Henry Ford and other local historic attractions for free this weekend.
If you're a Bank of America cardholder, clear your schedule this weekend: The national bank is hosting a program aimed to remove the burden of ticket prices from those wishing to visit local museums.
Museums On Us takes place for the fourth month in a row on Jan. 7-8. During the weekend, Bank of America cardholders nationwide will have the chance to visit more than 150 museums for free.
In metro Detroit, that includes Dearborn's own . Other options are the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History, the Detroit Children’s Museum, the Detroit Historical Museum, the Flint Institute of Arts and the Motown Museum.

Photo ID and a valid Bank of America/Merrill Lynch credit or debit card must be presented. The offer includes one free general admission, limited to cardholder at participating institutions, and excluding fundraising events, special exhibitions and ticketed shows.
