Where else can you shop, have a good time, and get on Santa's "nice" list all at once?
Consider the 2nd annual 12 Strays of Christmas Holiday Boutique & Gallery, held Dec. 10 and 11 at the Glass Academy, and benefiting the Friends For the Dearborn Animal Shelter (FFDAS).
From 11 a.m.-3 p.m. both days the shop will be open.

Items for sale include:
- Unique and one-of-a-kind creations
- FFDAS merchandise, including jewelry, sweaters and hats
- "Peace on Earth" holiday cards that benefit FFDAS
- Original works of art, including Pupcatsos created by shelter dog and cat Picassos, that include their name and photo. (Prints come matted and framed.)
- Glass artisan pieces from the Glass Academy
On Saturday guests can meet some of the shelter's animals, and on Sunday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. visitors can stamp a custom-designed FFDAS "fossil" paperweight. Cost to craft the paperweight is $45, with an additional $5 optional engraving fee. For details, visit here.

Guests will also enjoy complimentary refreshments, including hot cocoa.
