Dearborn Symphony to Host Oktoberfest Fundraiser

The event will be held Sunday, Oct. 14.

Celebrate Oktoberfest with the Dearborn Symphony Orchestra on Sunday, Oct. 14, from 2-6 p.m.

The event will raise funds for the symphony, which is in the middle of its 2012-13 season.

Attendees will arrive at the home of DSO supporters Anina and Ben Bachrach, located at 21835 Cherry Hill Road in Dearborn just steps away from Ford Field, where ample parking is available free of charge.

The Oktoberfest will feature German beer (including a tasting of select beers provided by Merchant’s Fine Wine), wine, and food, as well as a fall color show courtesy of Mother Nature.

A limited number of tickets are available for $35 and can be obtained by phoning the Dearborn Symphony Office at 313-565-2424, or by mailing a check for $35 payable to the Friends of the Dearborn Symphony to Friends of the Dearborn Symphony, P.O. Box 2063, Dearborn, MI, 48123.
