The Friends of the Dearborn Symphony will host its 32nd annual Home Tour on Saturday.
The tour will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Shady Hollow Court in the Dearborn Country Club Estates and will feature tours of 29 large ranches and two-story renovated, designer-decorated homes.
Visitors can stroll through the neighborhood or ride in a courtesy bus that departs regularly from the Dearborn Country Club, which will serve as the tour headquarters.
In addition to the tour, guests can enjoy a catered lunch and a jewelry and art sale. There will also be a presentation by Patrizia Makahon and Lynn Jovick, Detroit interior designers. The presentation begins at 9:30 a.m. at the country club. A $10 fee includes coffee and pastries.
All proceeds will benefit the Dearborn Symphony concerts, music scholarships and youth music programs.
Tickets are $20 on the day of the tour and can be purchased by calling 313-565-2424 or or visiting dearbornsymphony.org/homeTour2013.html.
