Dearborn Band to Perform at Detroit Tree Lighting
The Wall Clocks will play a post-lighting show in Campus Martius Park on Friday night.
Detroit's 2011 Tree Lighting on Friday night will have a bit of Dearborn flare to it.
The Wall Clocks, a Dearborn-based band, will be performing at Campus Maritus Park directly after the tree is lit.
"The Wall Clocks are thrilled to be a part of this Detroit tradition," the band said in a statement.

The Tree Lighting event will run from 6:30-8 p.m., and will be followed by the official opening of the ice skating season at Campus Martius Park. The event will also marks the start of the city's Christmas WonderFest, which runs Nov. 18-27 in the park, and includes music, shopping, rides and food.
Tickets to the Tree Lighting are $10 for adults and $5 for children.
