Viewfinder: Pre-K Yoga at HFCL
On Thursday morning, Sweet Pea Yoga came to teach youngsters how to stretch with style.
Once seen as a hip fad for Californian movie stars, yoga has taken the U.S. by storm, with everyone from dads to little tykes doing downward-facing dog and warrior poses as part of a daily fitness routine.
On Thursday at the Henry Ford Centennial Library, kids ages 3-5 got their first glimpse into the world of yoga with Beth Vessels of Sweet Pea Yoga.
