Quilts Exhibit to Fill Three Floors at Two Locations

Proceeds from the quilt show will benefit the Dearborn Historical Museum.

Members of the General Henry Dearborn Quilting Society are presenting their work as part of the “Piece by Piece Quilt Show & Raffle” from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, April 25 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 26. 

The exhibits are at the Commandant’s Quarters, 21950 Michigan Avenue, and the McFadden-Ross House, 915 Brady.

The event features three floors of quilts including special exhibits.

The featured quilters will be Karen Turckes, a fiber artist and quilter, and Audrey Williams, a purse designer and General Henry Dearborn Quilting Society member.

The event will feature a raffle, and quilts and other items will be made available for purchase, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Dearborn Historical Museum.

No baby strollers please. There is no handicap access to these historic buildings. Admission is $5 at the door.
