This year marks the 12th anniversary of the Tigers Winter Caravan, which has logged more than 15,000 miles and made more than 350 stops since its first journey in 2003.
The Caravan made two stops in Dearborn on Thursday, Jan. 23, at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center, and at AAA Headquarters.
Detroit Tigers Torii Hunter and Joe Nathan attended a AAA employee safe driving rally at AAA Headquarters, which encouraged safe driving for teenagers. They were also able to take a ride in the AAA driving simulator.
Later in the evening, the Caravan made a stop at the Center for a visit by Tigers players, a bubble-blowing contest with PAWS, a performance by Radio Disney inside the Michael A. Guido Theater and more.
