International Musicians Perform Concert at Arab American Museum

The free concert will take place on July 17 and will feature delegates from seven Middle Eastern countries.

DEARBORN — The International Visitors Council of Detroit will host a free concert on July 17 at the Arab American National Museum in Dearborn, featuring live performances by delegates from the multi-regional U.S. Department of State-sponsored International Visitor Leadership Program.

Guests will enjoy a reception sponsored by DTE Energy, complete with complimentary hor d’oeuvres and refreshments while networking, learning more about the delegates, and exploring the Arab American National Museum.

Participants include visitors from Algeria, Bahrain, Iraq, Morocco, Oman, the Palestinian territories, Saudi Arabia and Sudan.

Following the reception, guests can enjoy original vocal, guitar and keyboard pieces performed by three participants.

The event is open to the public. Doors will open at 6 p.m. for the reception and the performance will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m.
