- Dearborn Patch Facebook follower Claire-Marie Brisson said she hit the Powerball—but that's it. "I'll gladly take my $4," she wrote. "Doubled the value of the ticket at least."
- Reader Chris Stone said two of his friends won $10,000 each. No word on whether Stone is getting a piece of that jackpot.

In Michigan, a solo winner could expect to pay 4.35 percent in state taxes on the winnings. The annual payout after taxes would be $13,659,000; a lump sum payout would be $268,328,700.
