This Advent season, share the joy of the coming of Christmas with a local event or worship service in Dearborn. Here are a few events and worship services:
The annual Advent Tree Lighting will be held at the Church of the Divine Child at 7:15 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 2. The church is located at 1055 North Silvery Lane.
Guardian Lutheran Church will host Advent Worship on Wednesdays from Dec. 5-Dec. 19. Advent supper will be served each week beginning at 5:30 p.m. Christmas caroling begins the worship hour starting at 7 p.m. The church is located at 24544 Cherry Hill.

Our Redeemer Lutheran Church will host Advent Worship every Wednesday in December at 7 p.m. The church is located at 24931 Union.
Sacred Heart Catholic Church will host an Advent Tea from 2-4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 2 at the Parish Hall. Call 313-278-5555 for more information. The church is located at 22430 Michigan Ave.

Sacred Heart School will have their annual Christmas Concert at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 4, and their Fine Arts Showcase at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 12. The community is welcome. The school is located at 22430 Michigan Ave.
