Arab American Museum Hosts 'Spring into Spring' Party on Saturday

Families can enter for a chance to win a Nintendo 3DS XL and other prizes at the museum.

Dearborn families and the general public are invited to celebrate the end of winter and the arrival of spring at the Arab American National Museum (AANM) with its "Spring into Spring" family-friendly event.

During the event, which takes place from 2 to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, the festively decorated AANM community courtyard will come alive with seasonal activities, including games, cookie decorating, and craft activities related to the Arab community and spring. Children can compete for prizes in a museum gallery scavenger hunt  and enjoy a performance by a comical clown-themed magic show.

"Spring into Spring" also includes a pair of raffles, with prizes including two Nintendo 3DS XL gaming units, donated by Meijer. A pizza lunch will keep kids fueled up for fun. Lunch will be served from 2:30 to 4 p.m.
