looking for ex patients of Dr's Picard or Burgess

I’d like to put out an announcement, looking for other people who were Dr. Susan Burgess, or her father in law’s, Dr Picard’s patients and see if anyone will come forward. My medical records went missing, when Dr. Burgess sold the business to Dr. Fromann, and they have been used for 4 fraudulent credit card (attempts) and 1 very expensive Uverse service, in Detroit, which I had to fight with ATT about. I’d like to find out if anyone else has had this issue so we can compare notes and if it’s systemic, get Oakwood Hospital to notice. So far, they don’t care because they think it’s only one person
