Local Garden Tea Party for Terry Bowman

A Garden Tea Party was held on behalf of Terry Bowman, the 12th Congressional District's Republican candidate on Sunday, July 13th.  It was held at the home of Cindy Kallgren, the District's Republican candidate in the 2012 election cycle.  Mrs. Kallgren and her husband hosted the event in order to provide time for personal interaction with the candidate by members of the Downriver community.

Terry Bowman, founder of Union Conservatives and Union Liberty, addressed the gathering, sharing his background, experience and vision for needed changes in the nation upon his election this fall by the people of the District.

Other Downriver attendees included Dr. Richard Zeile, treasurer of the State Board of Education; Rick Jarosz, founder of Downriver Republican Grassroots Organization (DRGO); Ed Kroll, past president of Wyandotte Right to Life, Harry Sawicki, candidate for Michigan House 13th District and Jennifer Lee Williams, of the MIGOP.

Many from Cindy’s campaign committee helped to welcome the candidate and guests with numerous American flags, refreshments, and a string duet.
