Annual Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program

The Annual Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program, has commenced, effectively October 2, 2013, after conducting the Southeastern Toys for Tots Program by the local Marine Corps Reserve Unit, at the Marine Corps League Detachment 152 in Dearborn, the official kick-off began.  The Coordinator this year from the Marine Corps Reserve is Sergeant Gump, he says he always gets jokes about the name no it is not Forest.  The program will end on December 20, 2013 as far as donations and receiving toys, to include those who may be a receiver.  Go to www.toysfortotsSEMI.org and see the locations of the Area Coordinators, again this year the Marine Corps League in Dearborn will support this program, supporting the Reserves and the Community, led by the Area Coordinator MSgt Phillip S. Smith USMC (Ret), the Area Coordinator for Dearborn, Dearborn Heights and Garden City.  We assist those families who are in need and will not have a Christmas for their Children, that what the program is all about.  Please direct all calls for assistance to 313-410-4476 for the areas of Dearborn, Dearborn Heights and Garden City, for those who would like to donate and be a dropsite, please contact that number or go to psmithtoysfortots@gmail.com
