Fifty-One O One Restaurant to Host Annual Holiday Buffet

HFCC's student-run restaurant serves up holiday favorites buffet-style.

Henry Ford Community College's student-run restaurant, Fifty-One O One, is hosting its annual Holiday Buffet today.

The buffet costs $16 per person. It will be open for lunch today from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., and open for dinner from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., according to an HFCC news release.

Beer and wine will be available at a cash bar during dinner hours.

The menu is as follows:
• Roast turkey (with pan gravy and bread dressing);
• Baked Dearborn Brand Ham (glazed with brandied cherry sauce);
• Carved Baron of Beef Au Jus;
• Made-to-order omelet station (brunch only); and
• Squash soup.

The side dishes include:
• Mashed potatoes;
• Sweet potatoes (with pecans and maple glaze); and
• Fall vegetable medley.

Additionally, there will be a salad bar, where customers can choose:
• Creamy coleslaw;
• Cranberry relish;
• Marinated beet salad;
• Garden green salad and relishes;
• Pickled vegetables – assorted salads; and
• House-made dressings.

For dessert, the following is available:
• Pumpkin pie; and
• Pastry chef’s assortment.
