5 Haunted Places in Dearborn

Ghostly apparitions and unexplained noises have been reported at several well-known Dearborn landmarks.

The Dearborn Historical Society will host an adults only ghost walk from 6 p.m. until midnight on Oct. 25.

In the spirit of Halloween, Dearborn Patch scoured the Internet to find five alleged haunted places in Dearborn. 

1. Dunworth Pool

Shawdowlands.net reports that people can hear children calling out the name "Jack" at night. In addition, footsteps can be heard throughout the night.

2. The Henry Ford

Former tour guides at Greenfield Village claim that Noah Webster's house is haunted. Reports include odd, unexplained noises, including crying and screaming, and ghostly apparitions.

3. Players Guild of Dearborn

Actors claim they can hear footsteps when no one else is around.

4. Crestwood High School

Reports of ghosts walking the halls at night, noises from empty classrooms and items being moved around unexpectedly.

5. The Henry Hotel

Residents staying in Suite 418 claim that they've seen doors open and close, and the lights flicker on and off repeatedly.
