 9. It's a two-day\, family friendly festival featuring more than 300 mak
 ers\, tinkers and hackers displaying their wares\, fares\, ideas and inv
 entions. Maker Faire Detroit offers everything from robots\, flame shoot
 ers\, animatronics\, solar-powered mechanical sculptures\, fashionable f
 inds\, to musical performances\, fire arts and hands-on activities. Back
  by popular demand are some Faire favorites including The LifeSize Mouse
 trap\, Cirque Amongus\, i3Detroit Hackerspace and Handmade Detroit. And
