HFCC will host this event showcasing the college's new manufacturing workforce program at the M-TEC building. Representatives from Ford, General Motors, Chrysler, U of M Dearborn, Ferris State, as well as automotive suppliers and community organizations will attend the event.

More About Michigan Technical Education Center
Henry Ford Community College's M-TEC was built as part of the 1998 Michigan Skilled Worker Initiative, which set aside a state grant to construct 18 such facilities in the state to educate workers for high-wage, high-skill jobs in areas such as manufacturing, health care and information technology.
