If you are looking for a way to wear your kids out, look no further! The Downriver Family YMCA is hosting an indoor triathlon sure to run out your kid’s energy! There are three different triathlons to choose from, each offering swimming, biking, and running to suit all ages.

Indoor Triathlon
9:00 or 9:30 am Start

500 yard swim
10 mile bike (stationary bikes)
2.5 mile run

Beginner Triathlon
10:00 or 10:30 am Start

10 minute swim
15 minute bike
15 minute run

Kid’s Triathlon
11:00 am Start
For children 12 and under

200 yard swim
4 mile bike
1 mile run
