Tickets Still Available for Dearborn First Lady's Tea

The Dearborn Community Arts Council is hosting the first annual tea on May 12.

The is hosting the annual First Lady’s Tea at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, at the .

First lady Christina O’Reilly of Dearborn will serve as the host.

This year’s distinguished speaker will be Cathy O’Malley, general manager of , sharing the latest exciting news regarding the “Fairlane” experience.

Tables will be uniquely and artistically set by prominent members of the community and will be appropriate for a high tea luncheon.

The event will also feature a “Teatimes Treasures auction.”

On the menu are mimosas, and an assortment of fine teas complimented by a gourmet soup, Michigan salad, a selection of tea sandwiches, scones and muffins, fresh fruit and a buffet of tempting mini desserts.
