Poll: Vote on the Best Place for Coneys in Wayne County

American Coney Island, Lafayette Coney Island, Senate Coney Island and Zorba's Coney Island are vying for the top spot in the Food Fight poll.

 

When Patch asked people for their favorite places for coneys in Wayne County, the response was overwhelming.

We listened, and you have told us your top four choices: American Coney Island, Lafayette Coney Island, Senate Coney Island and Zorba’s Coney Island.

  • American Coney Island, a Detroit institution, is located downtown at 114 W. Lafayette Blvd.
  • Lafayette Coney Island, another Detroit institution, is located downtown at 118 W Lafayette Blvd.
  • Senate Coney Island is located at 3345 Greenfield Road in Dearborn.
  • Zorba’s Coney Island is located at 18237 Fort St. in Riverview.

To finish off this Food Fight, we need you to vote on one of those four coney places as your favorite.

Zorbas is the BEST! been visiting since they were in this dinky little place at Penn and Fort. The Coney dogs are EXCELLENT...thick, natural casing dogs are grilled to snapping perfection and topped with a very good chili sauce. Also they have great split pea soup and french fries

Sorry Denise. The contest calls for votes in part one, then polling of the most popular picks. I don't think any votes were cast in part one for Joseph's. Maybe you can nominate a Northville restaurant in next week's list :)
