Perhaps the city's most magnificent display of the beauty of nature, residents and passers by can always count on seeing a lush field of yellow each year when Dearborn's sunflower field blooms.

According to Ford Land, Ford Motor Company's sunflower fields are "an example of Ford's commitment to sustainability." The fields reduce maintenance costs for the company, as they are self-sustaining, while providing a habitat for local wildlife.

To residents, they're also a beautiful way to ring in the fall season.
