Jury Trial Date Set for 4 Charged with Murder of Dearborn Man
The trial will be held in the Third Circuit Court before Judge Bill Callahan.
Four Detroit residents charged with the murder and robbery of a Dearborn man will face a trial by jury in November, according to the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office.
The trial is expected to begin in the courtroom of Judge Bill Callahan in the Third Circuit Court on Nov. 15.
Charles Jackson, 26; Zelda Taylor, 28; Iashia Knox, 28; and Kristen Holmes, 28, are facing charges of felony murder, armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery against Hassan Jaber, who was found dead in his home on Williamson Street in east Dearborn on July 15.
They were bound over for trial in Dearborn's 19th District Court on Aug. 31 following a preliminary examination that called a number of police witnesses, as well as several friends and family members of the defendents.

The defendents could face life sentences if convicted.
