Get Out: Cinco de Moose!, Free Comic Book Day and 'The Drowsy Chaperone'

It's the end of the week. You're bored. You want something to do. Dearborn, you've come to the right place.

Here are some of the highlights coming up:

1. CINCO DE MOOSE!

Where/When: Moose's Martini Pub; 12 p.m.-2 a.m. Friday

Why Go: To be a part of the bar's first ever Cinco de Mayo celebration. Patron margaritas for $5 all day as well as $2 bottles of Corona.

Pricing: Depends on food and drink order

2. FREE COMIC BOOK DAY

Where/When: Green Brain Comics; 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday

Why Go: To celebrate the 10th annual day with a party including free comics, guest creators, live musical performances and door prizes.

Pricing: Most events free and some comics are free as well

3. THE FESTIVAL–A CARNIVAL OF WORLD TRADITIONS

Where/When: Ford Community and Performing Arts Center; 7 p.m. Friday

Why Go: This unique opportunity to see performances inspired by China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Philippines and Polynesia would be a shame to miss.

Pricing: $20-30

4. THE DROWSY CHAPERONE

Where/When: Players Guild of Dearborn, Dearborn; 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday

Why Go: To enjoy a musical and a comedy all rolled in one while supporting the Players Guild.

Pricing: $18

5. MOTHER'S DAY BRUNCH

Where/When: The Henry, 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m; Ponderosa Steak House, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Doubletree Dearborn, 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. All on Sunday

Why Go: Mother's Day is the perfect day to enjoy a decadent brunch buffet. The variety of restaurants offering brunch allows for every mom to find exactly what she wants to eat!

Pricing: Varies depending on restaurant chosen
