Fordson Football Falls to Monroe
But Edsel Ford and Divine Child prevail in final week of regular season.

Novi Middle School JV football ended the season with a perfect 6-0 record.

Fordson lost to Monroe 21-7 on Friday night in the final regular-season home game, according to the MHSAA.
Fordson finished the regular season with a 5-4 overall record.
Fordson needed a victory to qualify for the state playoffs.
Meanwhile, Edsel Ford defeated Garden City 28-18. The Thunderbirds finished with a 4-5 overall record.
Divine Child also prevailed in its finale, defeating Detroit Consortium 35-12. The Falcons are 4-4 overall.

the refs gave that game to Monroe. So many bad holding penalties on Fordson in the first half, not to mention a live fumble that fordson recovered was ruled dead. And how about that pass interferance as time was expiring in the first half-yea-no call! It was the worst officiated game I've ever seen. Great job refs. If I ever felt discrimination in my life as an Arab American it was tonight.
