Our family has been attending Holiday Nights at Greenfield Village since it started. My Grandchildren from Atlanta, Ga even had to come up for an wonderful evening like no other. A few people in our family have now passed away, but when we are together in the Village we always remember them with a smile.

There are so many amazing things to do in Dearborn year round. We look forward to all the spring flower bulbs on Michigan Ave. Our Family hasn’t missed a Memorial Day parade in 18 years. Also, summer wouldn't be complete without fireworks at the homecoming to cap off a day of food and fun. We also love concerts under the stars performed at City Hall. In the fall, we love to check out the changing tree colors on the bike trails behind UofM. Finally, sledding at Ford Field followed up with some hot chocolate at one of the local cafes in the winter.

Holiday time as always been memorable since I can remember. Christmas displays at the Rotunda, festive displays at City Hall and the lights down Michigan Avenue. Festivities continue to the lighting of the tree and the sing along. Dearborn is still alive with holiday festivities to be enoyed by one and all.
