Even in winter, construction is progressing on Dearborn's first student housing project.
The project, set to be completed by September, is a $30 million investment. The Union at Dearborn will provide housing for up to 500 University of Michigan-Dearborn students.
The Union at Dearborn officially began offering leases Nov. 14.
