Arlene V. Korona of Dearborn died Nov. 9 after a long battle with cancer. She was 49.

Korona is survived by her husband, David; her father, Billie McMullen Sr.; and siblings Peggy (Ricardo) Hernandez, Frederick McMullen and Sandra (Vic) Reynold. She was preceded in death by her brother, Billie McMullen Jr. and her mother, Patricia (Latzek) Korona.

She will be missed by many other family members and friends, and her cat, Beauford.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 22, from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., with testimonials and a prayer hour at 7 p.m., at the Dearborn Chapel of the Voran Funeral Home, 23701 Ford Rd.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Karmanos Cancer Institute or to the Michigan Humane Society.
